Perpetual Membership Raffle
Official Rules

1.   The cost of Raffle tickets is $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00.
2.   You must be 18 years old to be eligible to win this Raffle.
3.   Raffle tickets can be purchased until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2008.
4.   The Drawing will take place on or after 6:30 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2008, at Tucson Lodge            No. 4, 1944 E. Allen Road, during Stated Meeting Dinner.
5.   The Grand Prize winner does not have to be present to win.
6.   The Grand Prize winner must meet eligibility requirements to claim the Grand Prize.
7.    The Grand Prize is the cost of a 2008 Perpetual Membership in any Masonic related organization, not          to  exceed a cash value of $2500.00.
8.   The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone (if not present at drawing) within 5 working days of          the date of the drawing.  The Grand Prize must be claimed and the Perpetual Membership secured by        December 31,  2008.  Amount of Grand Prize will be determined by the cost of a 2008 Perpetual                   Membership in the specific organization.  The check for the Perpetual Membership will be transferred         from Tucson Lodge No. 4 directly to the Secretary of the organization designated by the winner.
9.   The Grand Prize cannot be traded for its cash value.
10.  The Grand Prize can be transferred to another individual that meets the eligibility requirements of               this Raffle.
11.  The Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all tax liabilities incurred.
12.  The Raffle will be conducted using preprinted and numbered tickets.  Any tampering or altering will           void the  ticket.
13.  One, and only one, ticket will be drawn.
14.  The Raffle will operate under the established rules of an organization tax exempt pursuant to A.R.S             43- 1201.2 (A Fraternal Organization),that has been in continuing existence for at least the last 5 years.
15.  Tucson Lodge No. 4 shall maintain its non-profit status, and no member, director, officer, employee or        agent  of Tucson Lodge No. 4 will receive any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit other than being              able to  participate in the Raffle on a basis equal to all other participants.
16.  No person except a bona fide local member of the sponsoring organization, Tucson Lodge No. 4, may        participate directly or indirectly in the management, sales or operation of the Raffle.
17.  The Raffle has been reviewed and approved by the Grand Master of Masons in Arizona under specific          requirements being followed by Tucson Lodge No. 4.
